At our production plant, we manufacture all the brush components in-house, such as ferrules, handles, brush heads. We have the facilities to carry out all the processes in order to create the ideal brush. This ensures that we are able to provide a product which is of the highest quality and also enables us to offer customizable brushes as required by the buyer in very short turnaround time.
We manufacture Ferrules with the greatest dimensional accuracy in a wide variety of materials such as brass and Aluminium.
We have surface treatment plants capable of providing a range of finishes such as nickel-plated, chromium-plated, Electrophoretic treatment (available in several colours) as well as Anodizing. We also manufacture handles in a variety of material wood, plastic & acrylic with the greatest dimensional accuracy along with consistency.
