Filbert
The rounded shape of the head is useful for working the kind of curves found in flower petals, leaves or birds.
Angular
The angled head is a flat brush set at an angle, making it possible to work in small spaces either using the tip or the flat edge of the head according to the desired effect.
Fan
Fan shaped heads can be used wet or dry. When used dry it is useful tompaint shaded tones. When wet, this shape can be used to produce streaked effects, as in grass or trees.
Liner
The liner is used to paint very fine strokes, the brush head filled with paint, makes it possible to paint very long strokes.
Script Liner
The round pointed shape is used to paint deatils. The thickness of the stroke can be varied by the pressure applied on the head. Scroll work, flowing thick-to-thin lines. Length of hair holds more paint than regular liner.
Dagger Stripper
The Dagger stripper shape is interesting in that its tip and curved brush head are useful for painting such shape as leaves or ribbons. Long chisel edge for easy, fine lines, Vary pressure for thick-to-thin ribbon effect.

Flat, texturizing brush with a naturally-fingered shape. Use for hair, grass, wood grain, feathers and fur.
Deerfoot Strippler
The deerfoot strippler is a bevelled stencil shaped brush head that makes it possible to go beyond what one can do with a simple stencil. If the edge of the brush is used you can obtain fine stricke. Texurizing brush. use a dry brush and light pounching technique for fur. Shrubbery and soft backgrounds. You can make leaves by just giving the taps.
